Violating any other rule, in a way deemed to be in aid of an entity hostile to Cabal (which can include the violator themselves), is prohibited.

This should not be applied to trusted members, it is only meant for users deemed entirely hostile or confirmed traitors.

Application of this rule may be postponed where considerations like large-scale optics and diplomacy are active. This rule is meant for cases which are clear and final.
