Predation

Violent or Sexual Abuse of Children or Animals

Any material depicting a real-life child etc. or vulnerable non-human animal, which includes some implication of predation is prohibited.

⚠️ Terminal: Violators are subject to reprimand without warning.
⚠️ Info-Hazard: Violating material is subject to deletion at any time.
⚠️ External: May apply to activity outside of Cabal.

Terms

Depicting

Any method to depict reality (such as photography) or to extract aspects of such methods, such as outlines (such as tracing). This may include non-visual formats.

Child etc.

Any human deemed likely to be younger than 18 years, or any human incapable of consent to participate in pornography in either of the UK or US.

Vulnerable Non-Human Animal

Any non-human animal deemed less able to defend itself than an adult human, either through physical weakness or mental conditioning.

Implication of Predation

Either:

1. Any aspect of the material deemed likely to be intended by any provider of the material to invoke lust.
2. Material deemed to include gratuitous non-trivial violence.

Gratuitous

Where it is deemed that violence is used without a valid reason - such a reason must be one of the following, or at least as justified:

1. Violence used in self-defense.
2. Relatively-merciful-fatal-violence used against commonly-hunted animals, in conditions common and legal for hunting.
